My name is Richard Jones. I am a fully qualified driving instructor, who trained with LDC. I have been training pupils for over 3 years now and enjoy helping people of all ages to become competent safe drivers using the LD system.

My pupils have told me I am both patient and helpful. As well as making the lessons informative I try to make them enjoyable. This helps pupils gain confidence quickly and get on the road to successful driving.

I have just taken delivery of my new car, which is a sporty Fabia VRS 1.9TDI. It is a 1.9 turbo diesel and all my existing pupils like it a lot more than my old Clio. They all say it is very easy to drive and very hard to stall.

In addition to driving training, I also do further training once you have passed your driving test. This includes Pass Plus training, which, with participating insurance companies, entitles you to receive a substantial discount on your vehicle insurance. I also do motorway lessons after you have passed your test.

Up to 1st July 2009 my last 22 tests I have had 20 passes MY PASS RATE IS 91% Average pass rate at Derby test centre is around 44%.

YOUR CONFIDENCE IS MY PRIORITY

Beware of cheap inexperienced instruction. Save money! Learn quicker, more thoroughly with an experienced, patient instructor, many recommendations.

Very high first time pass rate!

Last year I had nine passes in a row with 80% of my pupils passing first time!
